Following government advice as of 24th March we asked all our staff to stay at home, as we wanted to keep them safe, and also to contribute to the national effort of people staying at home and hopefully limiting the spread of the virus. For the past few weeks that means there's only been a couple of the Custom Merch team at work, getting through the orders and keeping in touch with you all. During this time a lot of suppliers had gone it to lock down too, which meant, depending on the products and brands that you order, we haven't been able to get some orders done. We wanted to thank everyone for sticking with us during the past month or so, we really appreciate it!
The good news is, all of our suppliers have now opened up (allbeit with a limited or slower service) and we've moved around our equipment here at Custom Merch, updated our procedures and changed staff shifts so we've been able to have more of our team back into work, now that we can operate more safely.
If you have an order with us
It will get done! But lead times will continue to be a little longer than usual - usually our turnaround on merch is 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity/size of your order, so you can expect your orders to be taking longer right now. It's really difficult for us to be specific with delivery dates as we rely on others in our supply chain too, but as you place your orders we'll give you an estimated turnaround.
We are continuing to take orders as usual, so if you want to get in touch to talk t-shirts, printing and products then please do, we'd love to hear from you.
