HOW DO I ORDER?
You can place your order direct through our web store - this is ideal if your artwork is good to go, and you're looking for a set amount of garments. If you want to order a different quantity or mix up your order with different garments, talk to us about your order or ask any question then just get in touch with us and we'll get you set up.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
When you place your order we'll send you back a mock up showing your logo/design on the garments that you've ordered. We'll re-create your design into stitches, and send you back a digitised proof for approval so you can see how your design will look when it's embroidered.
WHAT ARTWORK FILES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept psd, ai, eps and pdf files, and also jpegs with a minimum 300dpi. Smaller files than this may not be usuable. If you want to check if your design/artwork is suitable for embroidery then please send it through to us and we can confirm if it's usable or make suggestions as to make it usable. For some items, such as our beanies and bags, the area available for embroidery can be quite small so it's generally better to go for a more simple design.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
As with all our orders, we usually advise a 2 week turnaround from confirmation of your order to delivery - if you have an urgent deadline, then it's always letting us know as we can sometimes make things quicker when required.
WHAT ITEMS CAN YOU EMBROIDER?
Most of the garments and accessories on our web store are available for embroidery - embroidery works really well on knitted items like beanies, and thicker fabrics like our hoodies, sweatshirts and track pants.
